  • 30 grams of oatmeal
  • 20 grams of almonds

The second breakfast is composed of foods with a truly high protein value, especially for the inclusion of dried spirulina, in which for every 100 grams, we can obtain up to 60 grams of protein. Oatmeal also has an important role thanks to its low carbohydrate carbohydrate content and is complemented by almonds that provide Omega 3 essential fatty acids.

  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 50 grams of whole wheat bread
  • 30 grams of peanut butter
  • 30 grams of wheat germ

In total, with this breakfast we can get up to 33 grams of protein. We can use the banana milk and wheat germ to make a fresh and full of energy shake, using whole wheat bread and peanut butter for a good sandwich and thus have a super balanced meal.
